Room Rental

The Upper Guadalupe River Authority (UGRA) provides long-term office leases and day use rental for meetings and conferences in its administrative office building, the Guadalupe Basin Natural Resources Center (GBNRC). The GBNRC is well located, easy to find, and near downtown. It boasts of a 2,500+ sf auditorium with stadium seating for 100 and a classroom venue for smaller meetings that seats 35-40 people. Additionally, guests can stroll through the beautiful UGRA Water Conservation Educational Landscape that completely encompasses the GBRNC.
