Water Enhancement through Brush Management Video

The Upper Guadalupe River Authority is committed to water enhancement. Over the last 200 years, the density of Ashe juniper trees, also known as cedar, has increased in our region and poses a major threat to the health of our watershed and water supply. Thousands of gallons of water can be gained for every acre of cedar converted to native rangeland. One way UGRA is enhancing water supply is through the removal of cedar in our watershed.
